The only way to tour our properties is to be on our VIP waitlist. This will get you early updates on availability. Keep in mind that current tenants have first dibs on renewing the lease on their house or apartment. We don’t hold apartments while groups get their applications and funds together. All units are first come, first served. During rental season we will update availability on our site as soon as something rents. If a property is marked with a banner stating “Rented for 2027-28” it is no longer available. Please do not fill out an application for a property unless you have toured the property. After touring, to secure an apartment or house you must have the following:

All of our spaces are numbered and reserved for your car only. All of our lots are paved and we even have garage spaces near the Fraternities! Spaces rent on a 12 month lease and payment is due upfront for the full year. Check out our parking page for pricing and availability.

  In a world full of college town landlords who treat tenants like walking rent checks 🙄, Rob and his team at PSU Houses are the rare exception—and thank goodness for that 🙌. The houses and parking are actually cared for (yes, really! 🏡🚗) and show like superior college living, not some “just slap on paint and hope it rents” special 🎨➡️✨. Rob is responsive 📲, professional 👔, and you can tell he genuinely invests in his properties 💰🔧. Best of all, he treats tenants like young adults 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓—not just “college kids with a lease.” It’s refreshing, and honestly, a little shocking—in the best way possible 😅👍.   I’ve rented in State College for the past 3.5 years and by far PSU houses have been the nicest, honest and respectful property owners in town. They have been prompt with any maintenance issues and have worked with me on multiple occasions to help out quickly with any issues. They also were extremely honest and helpful doing my move out and promptly returned my security deposit. Which is pretty rare in State College. They are by far the best and most honest landlords in State College by a mile. I 100% recommend them.

  PSU houses is the best!!! I wish I knew about them earlier in my time at Penn State. It’s clear how much they care about their properties and their residents, especially compared to my previous experience living in a high rise apartment down town. My apartment had a shared yard with some of their other properties, and they encouraged us to use the space and have fun, while making sure it was kept clean. They were amazing at communicating when something needed to be done in the apartment, and always tried to be courteous about when to come based on our schedules. Do not hesitate to find a place with PSU houses!!!

  Was lucky enough to meet upper classmen my freshman year in this house and call it home for two years during my Penn State experience. Rob, Marysa, and their team were nothing but kind and accommodating to me and my roomies. :))
