700 West College Avenue is a newer apartment house that was available for the first time in August 2008. Located at the corner of West College Avenue and Sparks Street, this 4 unit building is just steps away from West Campus. The building has two 3 bedroom units and two 4 bedroom units. Each unit can accommodate up to 5 tenants. The entire building is equipped with a sprinkler system. All units have hardwood floors, central air conditioning and dead bolt locks to each bedroom. This is some of the nicest student housing on the West side of town. Living in this spot puts you close to all the action that downtown has to offer.

Parking: No parking is included with your unit. Parking is available on site for a fee.  The parking is a numbered reserved space behind the building and accessed from Calder Way. The 2024-25 yearly parking fee is $1,100 due up front in one lump sum when applying. Parking is also available to non-tenants at this location.
