The 2024-25 VIP Waitlist is Closed!

Attention all Waitlist members! We have received a very high percentage of renewal requests this year. We are currently processing those and will be reaching out to Waitlist members to inform them if any of their 3 choices are available. To secure an apartment or house you must have the following:

Keep in mind that current tenants have first dibs on renewing the lease on their house or apartment. We don’t hold apartments while groups get their applications and funds together. All units are first come, first served. During rental season we will update availability on our site daily. Follow us on Instagram, like us on Facebook, or check back here on the website for updates. What Our Tenants Say

“Never had a better experience with a rental. The team is super friendly and helpful, and keeps close contact with the rentees. Rare to find, even rarer in State College. I recommend PSU Houses to anyone looking for places in State College, especially over some of the other companies in the area.”
