Now Renting Parking for 2025-26
All of our spaces are numbered and reserved for your car only. All of our lots are paved and we even have garage spaces near the Fraternities! Spaces rent on a 12 month lease and payment is due upfront for the full year. Check out our parking page for pricing and availability.

We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment for 1 or 2 people at 638 West College Avenue #1.
Keep in mind that current tenants have first dibs on renewing the lease on their house or apartment. We don’t hold apartments while groups get their applications and funds together. All units are first come, first served. During rental season we will update availability on our site as soon as something rents. If a property is marked with a banner stating “Rented for 2025-26” it is no longer available. Please do not fill out an application for a property unless you have toured the property. After touring, to secure an apartment or house you must have the following:
- 1. Completed applications for all members of your group.
- 2. Application fees for all members of your group.
- 3. A security deposit equal to one rent payment.
