Laundry is located on site at the back of 433 West Beaver Avenue, right next door.

Parking: One parking space is included with the apartment.  Additional parking is available on site for a fee.  The parking is a numbered, reserved space behind the building and is accessed from H Alley (directly behind The Graduate). The 2022-23 yearly parking fee is $1100, due upfront in one lump sum when applying. Parking is also available to non-tenants at this location.
