701 West Calder Way is the lower level unit of the building. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit has a private entry at the rear of the building. It has generously sized bedrooms and an open floor plan. Two of the 3 bedrooms are large enough to handle 2 people. This unit is for 3 to 5 tenants. 700 West College Avenue is a newer apartment house that was available for the first time in August 2008. Located at the corner of West College Avenue and Sparks Street, this 4 unit building is just steps away from West Campus. The building has two 3 bedroom units and two 4 bedroom units. Each unit can accommodate up to 5 tenants. The entire building is equipped with a sprinkler system. All units have hardwood floors, central air conditioning and dead bolt locks to each bedroom. This is some of the nicest student housing in town.

Water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal are included in your rent. Tenants are responsible for electric, cable & internet. All units include living room furniture and a dresser in each bedroom. Pets are not allowed. The nearest laundry is across the street at West Side Village.

Parking: Two parking spaces are included with the apartment.  Additional parking is available on site for a fee. The parking is a numbered, reserved space behind the building and accessed from Calder Way. The 2022-23 yearly parking fee is $900, due upfront in one lump sum when applying. Parking is also available to non-tenants at this location.
